Shipping Charges, Policies & Timeframe
- Products will be shipped within 48 hours after your order is processed.
- Shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- FREE SHIPPING IS OFFERED FOR ORDER MORE THAN $100 OF SUNDRIES PRODUCTS ONLY. Order should not contain any items that require Freight shipping or furniture type of items. If your order is eligible for free shipping, the free shipping option will be displayed during your check-out process.
- Whenever possible, products will be shipped via UPS Ground. Some products are too large or heavy for UPS and will require contracting a Freight Carrier. Freight quotes can be provided upon request. If you are in the continental U.S.A. and the products you order are available from stock, please allow 4 to 10 business days for delivery.
- When ordering online the UPS shipping costs will be calculated when you check out. If your order contains one or more items requiring a freight truck, your shipping costs will not be calculated at the time when you check out. We will contact you with the shipping costs prior to processing your order. Because we ship large volumes of freight we pass our exact low costs on you. We will get you the best price! We charge no handling fees and pass on the exact shipping costs.
- Shipping via a freight truck includes curbside delivery to the commercial address. The truck driver is NOT obligated to bring the items inside of your shop with a standard delivery. If you would like an inside delivery, please ask a sales representative for a special quotation. Standard delivery must also be to a commercial address. Delivery to a residential area is subject to an additional charge. The inside delivery, lift gate service and residential delivery services charge must be paid for before the delivery is made. Any customer requesting these services once the truck is on hand will be required to pay to the trucking company directly.
- If you give us the wrong/insufficient address information and the package comes back to us, you will be billed shipping cost again for the correct address.
- Express services available upon request for some items at an additional charge.
Some Explanation for Trucking Terms:
- Commercial Delivery - delivery to industrial, or commercial address capable of receiving a 52' tractor-trailer truck, typically with loading dock but not necessary. Our pallets usually consist of smaller items, which are plastic stretch wrapped together making it easy to unload individually.
- Residential Delivery - zoned residential address delivery, typically a residential delivery requires the use of a smaller carting company truck, because of road weight limits, commercial truck restrictions, or residential community. In this case the trucking company will automatically reclassify your shipment and add a residential delivery charge.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
- All new merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in its original box and in “like new” condition. Damages due to transportation of returned items are the responsibility of the customer. All merchandise returned will incur a minimum 25% restocking and reconditioning fee. Refunds are contingent upon Beautynets, Inc.’s inspection and approval. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Returns must be authorized. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping on all orders. Shipping charges to the customer are not refundable.
- Special Order Items may not be returned or refunded. Such items will be listed as non refundable before the order is placed.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for us to process your credit.
